Under the leadership of senior director Dr. Xu Huiping and current director Dr. Yu Redli, China's Chinese Medical Academy of Sciences, Jining Hospital Anesthesia has continuously expanded its range of anesthesia services, greatly enhanced the hardware of the classroom and the construction of talent ladders, and is geared towards the discipline-development concept of precision anesthesia, personality anesthesia, and human anesthesia, to fully improve clinical anesthesia quality. The anesthesiologist currently has seven operating centers, two outpatient surgery rooms, six beds in the anesthesia recovery room. Its operations include surgical anesthesia, postoperative painkillers, painless therapy, anesthesia assessment and pain clinics. There are 14 anesthesiologists, including three physicians as director, seven associate physicians, three doctoral degrees, five master's degrees; There were three anesthetists, 24 nurses.
