After 20 years of efforts, the Department of Otolaryngology at Jinan Hospital has grown from just two doctors, equipment simple to 11 doctors today, with advanced technical equipment, a comprehensive clinical, teaching, research and prevention unit. In terms of academic construction, keeping pace with the development of the Chinese Committee for Specialist Surgery, implementing precision medical care, safely performing a large number of surgeries in three or four categories based on quality assurance, and making full use of the advantages of traditional medicine for common diseases and multiple disorders that are suitable for conservative treatment, it has gradually developed its own unique therapeutic features. As a teaching hospital, it takes on the teaching and teaching duties of the Faculty of Medicine at Beijing Medical University and resides with medical doctors. During this time, the ear and throat department has taken on topics such as emergency medical treatment for deafness, nasal spraying for allergic nasal infections and improvement of nasal function after nasal injection, including topics at university level and hospital level. Currently, the annual ear, nose and throat clinic has more than 50,000 people, with an annual surgical capacity of nearly 500+ units.
