The Health Medicine Department of the Fourth Medical Center was established in January 2021. It currently carries out health management of cardiovascular diseases based on the work of the cardiology examination room. There are currently 5 experts with senior professional titles and 24 professional and technical personnel. Currently, 12 cardiovascular diagnostic technologies are developed, among which esophageal ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and exercise cardiopulmonary function are all at the leading level in the country. It has rich experience and advanced technology in non-invasive diagnosis and cardiac function assessment of coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation and thrombus detection, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular arteriosclerosis, arrhythmia and other diseases. The department completes more than 90,000 cardiovascular examinations every year, and is responsible for about 20,000 emergency ECG and ultrasound examinations in the center. Comrades in the department have standardized diagnosis and treatment techniques and management plans in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, risk assessment and control, and exercise rehabilitation. At the same time, they have strong backing from the cardiology department and can provide inpatient diagnosis and treatment and expert health guidance for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
