- Day 2: Hohhot to Beijing, Qianmen and Temple of Heaven sightseeing, stay at a Beijing hotel
- Day 3: Health checkup at Peking University International Hospital, Juyongguan or Mutianyu Great Wall, Xiaotangshan hot springs, stay at the hot spring hotel
- Day 4: Return to Hohhot, airport or station drop-off
