The Cardiothoracic Surgery Department performs open and thoracoscopic resection of esophageal and cardia cancer; thoracoscopic bullectomy and internal fixation of multiple rib fractures from chest trauma; closed thoracic drainage for hydropneumothorax, hemothorax and empyema; breast fibroma resection and modified radical mastectomy; and comprehensive chemotherapy, immunotargeted drugs and Chinese-and-Mongolian medicine treatment for thoracic tumors, as well as Mongolian-medicine treatment of pulmonary and breast nodules.
