From your first message to three months after: nine steps
iveelvita arranges the whole medical trip: the hospital, the treatment plan, the city escort service, the itinerary you follow on arrival, and the follow-up after you go home. Each step below shows what you do, what we do, and the screen you will see.
There are four ways to start, and they all open the same form: the floating bar on the right of every page, a hospital page, a department page or a doctor page.
On any page, open the floating bar on the right and tap “Medical consultation”.
On a hospital or department page, the red “Medical consultation” button at the top starts a request with that hospital already filled in.
On a doctor page the same button starts a request and carries the doctor you were reading about into the form.

The form has three short sections — who the patient is, when you want to come, and what is wrong. Fill it once and submit; it is free.
Only the fields marked * are required; anything you are unsure about can be added later in the message thread.
Records can be photos or PDFs, up to 10 files in one submission.
After you submit, our team reviews the information and prepares treatment plans for you.
3.1Personal details
Patient name (used later for hospital registration; Mongolian patients should write it exactly as in the passport), gender, birth year, the number of people travelling with the patient, and at least one contact — Messenger or a phone number. The phone field opens after you tick the consent box.
3.1 Personal details: name, gender, birth year, companions and contact
3.2Preferred date and city
Tell us when you would like to be seen and which city you prefer. The city is optional: leave it on “Not sure — I would like advice” and we recommend the hospital and city that fit your condition.
3.2 Preferred consultation date, and the city if you already know it
3.3Condition and records
Describe the symptoms, when they started, what has already been diagnosed in Mongolia, and anything that worries you — for example whether surgery is needed or how long you can stay. Upload the records and diagnoses so the plan we recommend is accurate.
3.3 Condition and care needs, files, and the submit button

When we have reviewed your consultation, we prepare treatment plans and send them to your patient centre and to your email. Choose the one that suits you — or call the service hotline and talk it through first.
Each plan shows the hospital, the department, the treatment cost, the number of days in hospital and whether surgery is required.
All plans stay visible in your patient centre, so you can compare them and open the full details of any one.
You are never obliged to accept a plan: ask questions by message or phone before you decide.

After payment our team assigns an escort, books the hospital registration and arranges the hotel, the vehicle and the station pickup. Everything is published as a service itinerary in your order.
The itinerary lists the registration date, hospital and department, the accommodation, the vehicle and plate number, and the pickup point.
It also shows the name and phone number of your escort, so you can reach the person who will be with you.
Read it before you fly, and tell us at once if a date or a name changes.

TimeBefore you travelYou will needA paid service order
On the day of the appointment our staff meet you at the hospital and stay with you from the front desk to the pharmacy.
You do not have to find the right counter, the right floor or the right queue on your own.
Everything said during the visit is interpreted, and the written instructions are translated.
At partner hospitals we also use the green channel for registration and examinations.
Registration and payment
We queue and register under the name on the passport, and help you pay each fee at the counter or in the hospital's app.
Consultation and tests
We go with you to the doctor, help explain the symptoms, and guide you through examinations, imaging and sample collection.
Interpreting what the doctor says
We translate the consultation, the prescription, the test reports and the discharge advice into language you can use at home.

Return home
When treatment is finished we help you plan the trip back, so you are not arranging tickets in a hospital corridor.
Tickets are booked to match the discharge date, not the other way round.
A vehicle takes you from the hospital or hotel to the airport or railway station.
You fly home with translated documents your own doctor can read.
Tickets
We help you book flights or train tickets that match the discharge date and how much you are able to travel.
Transport to the station
We arrange the vehicle from the hospital or hotel to the airport or railway station.
Documents for home
You leave with a translated discharge summary, prescriptions and the reports your own doctor will ask for.

Follow-up within three months
Recovery is part of the treatment. For three months after you go home we stay in touch.
We contact you on a fixed schedule and whenever you ask.
If the doctor needs to see you again, we arrange the appointment.
If you need more medicine, we help you get it through the same channels.
How you are recovering
We ask about the wound, the symptoms and your general condition, and compare them with the discharge advice.
Medication
We check that the medicine is taken as prescribed and help you get more if it is needed.
Talking to the doctor again
If something worries you, we contact the treating doctor and arrange a follow-up consultation.

Questions people ask
How much does it cost to get a plan?
Sending a medical consultation and receiving the first plans is free. You pay only for the city service or escort package you confirm; treatment fees are paid at the hospital in China and are written on the plan.
Do I have to come to China to get a plan?
No. The plans are prepared from the records you upload. You decide whether to travel after you have seen the plan and its price.
What if I do not read Chinese?
The website works in Mongolian, Chinese and English, and the escort service includes interpretation at the hospital, including prescriptions and discharge advice.
Can I change the date or the city?
Yes. Tell your coordinator or escort as early as possible. Before payment you can also change the request yourself in the patient centre.
