The Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Andrology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine, is a clinic with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics. Since its establishment, it has been committed to the practice of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of male diseases. After several years of hard work, we have won a good reputation among the industry and patients. Indications: chronic prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia, hydrocele, varicocele, erectile dysfunction, infertility, male menopausal syndrome and miscellaneous internal diseases. Treatment method: Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, it mainly focuses on traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, syndrome differentiation and treatment, highlighting personalized treatment, forming the unique clinical treatment characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for men, accumulated rich experience, and won unanimous praise from patients. There are currently three doctors in the department, namely a chief physician, a deputy chief physician, and a traditional Chinese medicine physician. They all have been working in clinical practice for many years and have rich clinical experience. Their purpose is to serve patients and try their best to help patients relieve their pain. In 2011, the department undertook a scientific research project on the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine by the Tianjin Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, and published more than ten academic papers in national journals.
