The Health Examination Department of Tianjin First Central Hospital fully relies on the comprehensive strength and brand influence of the hospital and has built a standard health management center in the Fukang Road campus. Physical examination quality control, early disease screening, chronic disease risk assessment and intervention have initially achieved results in the construction of health management disciplines, and can meet multi-level and diversified health needs. As a designated health care unit of the Municipal Party Committee and Government, it also undertakes physical examinations and health care work for more than 6,000 people in Tianjin every year, including retirees, high-level cadres, and specially introduced talents. The Health Examination Department is one of the first clinical departments of the hospital to be certified by the Municipal Health Commission and to carry out health examinations. In 2016, it was approved as a "National Health Management Demonstration Base" (Health Management Branch and Health Promotion Association of the Chinese Medical Association), in 2018 it was approved as a "National Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment Center for Fatty Liver Disease" (Fatty Liver and Alcoholic Liver Disease Group of the Liver Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association), and in 2019 it was approved as a "Lung Cancer Prevention and Treatment Joint Screening Management Center" (China Health Promotion Foundation, China Lung Cancer Prevention Alliance). Participated in many multi-center research projects on health management of China Health Promotion Association. Since the establishment of Tianjin Physical Examination Quality Control Center, it has been continuously awarded the title of "Tianjin Excellent Quality Control Unit for Health Examination".In the past five years, it has been approved for 1 bureau project, 2 institute-level spring series projects, published 5 SCI articles, 4 core articles, etc., and has undertaken 4 national-level continuing education projects and 1 provincial and municipal-level continuing education project. The physicians in the Health Examination Department are all from the clinical departments of our hospital. They are experts in the fields of general internal medicine, general surgery, thoracic surgery, neurology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, and emergency medicine, and have rich clinical experience. They also have general practitioner qualifications and have many academic appointments in their respective fields and health management fields. According to the needs of health management, we currently have 8 health managers, 4 sports managers, 1 registered nutritionist and 1 psychological counselor, who can provide comprehensive health management services. The Health Examination Department has an independent site with a current building area of ​​more than 1,000 square meters. It has complete facilities, complete diagnosis and treatment projects, and meets the requirements for physical examination quality control. It has opened specialized clinics for internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and oral cavity. It independently owns testing equipment such as DR, electrocardiogram, color ultrasound Doppler, and bone density detector. At the same time, it can rely on the hospital's PET-CT, 3.0T magnetic resonance, and other internationally leading large-scale medical equipment to provide accurate, stable, and sensitive testing services.The radiology project of the health examination department is reported by the radiology department. The radiology department is a key discipline in Tianjin. The Tianjin Medical Imaging Institute is a medical imaging training base with strong technical force. All test specimens are sent to the laboratory department for completion. The laboratory department of our hospital is a national key clinical discipline and a key clinical discipline in Tianjin. It has passed ISO15189 quality system accreditation, NGSP first-level laboratory certification, and is an affiliated unit of the Tianjin Clinical Laboratory Center. Professor Mu Hong, the director of the department, is the chairman of Tianjin Institute of Inspection. The Health Examination Department (Shuixi Campus) has been completed, with a single building of more than 5,000 square meters, and plans to build an integrated intelligent health management platform. The division of areas is more reasonable, with VIP physical examinations and general physical examinations (men's and women's areas) set up on separate floors; in accordance with the principle of "separation of medical examinations", it is planned to add large-scale equipment such as MRI and CT in the building, and the physical examination items involved will be completed in one stop in the building; unique health management projects such as sub-health testing, exercise management, and chronic disease assessment and management have been implemented. The physical examination process is smooth, and physical examination items and admission order are coordinated to save time and provide a good customer experience.The information construction covers the whole process of health management service chain before, during and after inspection. Before examination: personal questionnaire, online appointment (individual examination, group examination), personalized health status assessment and appointment; during examination: equipped with intelligent examination guidance system, intelligent examination scheduling, customers understand the examination process and sequence, ensuring "one person, one clinic" under the epidemic situation, reducing crowd gathering and saving time; physical examination process If "critical, urgent, or serious" indicators are found in the inspection, a dedicated person will be responsible and a green medical channel will be opened to solve the problem in a timely manner; post-inspection: statistical analysis of physical examination data, health risk assessment, report interpretation, and health follow-up (a professional post-inspection team will conduct follow-up, observation, and re-examination based on industry consensus on "important abnormal results").
