The Department of Pediatrics of Tianjin First Central Hospital was officially established at 10:00 on July 28, 2010. It is located in the west area on the 12th floor of Area D. It has a clean environment, comfortable and elegant environment, and complete equipment. It is an intensive care unit without family members. The Neonatology Department is a department that specializes in treating high-risk newborns. The establishment of this department has improved the construction of departments in our hospital, played a role in escorting the development of obstetrics, ensured patient safety to a greater extent, and facilitated patients' needs. Leaders at all levels attach great importance to the construction of neonatal departments and invest a lot of manpower and material resources. Currently, there are 40 pediatric beds, equipped with internationally advanced medical equipment, including: Giraffe multifunctional incubator, British SLE5000 infant ventilator, American SiPAP, imported multi-parameter ECG monitor, bedside GEM3000 blood gas analyzer, bedside i-CHROMACRP detector, domestic infusion pump, amplitude integrated electroencephalograph, etc. The main medical staff in the department have received professional medical training and have accumulated rich clinical experience in the rescue of critically ill newborns and premature low-weight infants. Pediatrics can carry out bird's nest care, touch therapy, total parenteral intravenous nutrition, central venous catheterization through peripheral veins, normal frequency mechanical ventilation, high frequency oscillation ventilation, pulmonary surfactant treatment, etc.The department has formulated detailed service procedures and established a follow-up system for different diseases. The Department of Pediatrics is a mature department that integrates medical care, teaching, and scientific research. It is one of the departments in Tianjin that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric internal diseases. Thanks to the hard work of the older generation of experts, the pediatric business is booming and is good at treating children's respiratory diseases, digestive system diseases and various difficult diseases. In particular, he has rich clinical experience in diagnosing and treating refractory pneumonia, asthma, diarrhea and other diseases in children. To expand the development, a pediatric asthma clinic will be added, equipped with an aerosol inhalation room. Integrating outpatient department, emergency department and ward, we are a positive and energetic group. There are currently 28 medical staff, including 1 deputy chief physician, 6 attending physicians (1 with a master's degree), 1 resident physician (1 with a master's degree), 1 supervisor nurse, 9 nurse practitioners, 5 nurses, and 6 nurses. The talent structure is reasonable and the technical force is strong.
