The ICU of Tianjin People's Hospital is a comprehensive ICU that integrates clinical critical care, teaching and scientific research. It has 33 monitoring beds and is equipped with the most advanced monitoring and treatment equipment. It has a well-trained and professional medical team with high technical level and good medical ethics, including 12 doctors and 40 nurses. The subject leader is Tian Zhuomin, one of the founders of critical care medicine, emergency medicine expert and chief physician in Tianjin. The hospital's ICU has a high success rate in rescuing critical and difficult diseases, and enjoys a high reputation in the city and surrounding areas. The management of ICU case data and clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies are in line with international standards. ICU treatment scope: 1. Patients with above-average surgery in various departments. 2. Multiple organ failure, mainly including complex critical illnesses such as complex trauma, poisoning, major surgery, malignant tumor radiotherapy, and chemotherapy combined with severe infection. 3. Single organ failure caused by multiple causes such as acute renal failure, ARDS and other causes such as COPD, status asthmaticus, combined acute respiratory failure, acute circulatory failure, immune failure, etc. 4. Severe infections caused by various reasons. 5. Coma and high fever with unclear cause. 6. Severe electrolyte imbalance. 7. Various crises including endocrine crisis.8. Ascites of various causes (indications for non-surgical treatment). Over the years, all medical staff have undertaken critical disease rescue tasks in our hospital and outside the hospital and in surrounding areas with superb medical technology and a high sense of responsibility for patients, and have successfully rescued a large number of critically ill patients from our hospital, other hospitals and even outside Fu. Several valuable papers are published in core journals every year.
