The Radiation Therapy Department of Tianjin Hospital was established in 2016. It has treated thousands of patients with malignant tumors of different locations and achieved good results, extending the survival time of a large number of patients and writing true stories that witness vitality one after another, including many patients with advanced malignant tumors when first treated. In line with the purpose of improving medical quality, the radiotherapy department does not blindly expand the number of patients treated to ensure the quality of patient treatment. At present, the radiotherapy department treats an average of about 30-40 patients per day, and can also carry out in-patient treatments such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and comprehensive treatment of critically ill patients. After more than five years of vigorous development, the Department of Radiotherapy has developed into a non-surgical comprehensive tumor treatment department, opening the door of hope for tumor patients. The department currently has 1 chief physician, 3 attending physicians, 2 residents, 1 physicist, 2 technicians, and 13 nurses. It has formed a technical team with precise positioning, precise planning, and precise treatment.
