The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Tianjin Hospital consists of 2 departments: Cardiology Department 1 and Cardiology Department 2: 1. Cardiology Department 1 The Department of Cardiology of Tianjin Hospital was established after the merger of Tianjin Hospital and Tianhe Hospital, based on the Cardiology Department of the original Tianhe Hospital. After decades of continuous development, the department has now become a cardiac diagnosis and treatment center integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. The department structure consists of four functional units: Cardiology Care Unit (CCU), Cardiology Ward, Catheterization Laboratory, and ECG Function Room. It has gradually established a coronary intervention and ECG pacing treatment team, opened up a "green" channel for emergency coronary artery disease interventional treatment, and carried out 24-hour interventional treatment for acute myocardial infarction, saving many critically ill patients. At present, our department has carried out coronary intervention diagnosis and treatment, arrhythmia electrophysiological examination and pacemaker implantation, supraventricular tachycardia radiofrequency ablation therapy, atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation therapy, cardiac resynchronization therapy, internal automatic cardioverter defibrillator implantation therapy, ventricular septal ablation for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, mitral valve stenosis balloon angioplasty, renal artery stenosis stent implantation therapy, etc. Carry out clinical path management for interventional treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris, as well as single-disease quality management for acute myocardial infarction and acute heart failure.2. The Second Department of Cardiology The Second Department of Cardiology of Tianjin Hospital was established after the merger of Tianjin Hospital and Tianhe Hospital, based on the former Department of Cardiology of Tianhe Hospital. The inpatient ward is located on the 6th floor of Area C, with 22 open beds, a comfortable environment, and an unaccompanied ward management model. It has now become a cardiac diagnosis and treatment center that integrates medical treatment, teaching, and scientific research. It currently has 1 doctor and 7 masters, creating a well-trained and highly responsible professional team that can independently perform coronary angiography examinations and coronary stent implantation surgeries, intracoronary ultrasonography (IVUS), aortic balloon counterpulsation therapy (IABP), temporary and permanent pacemaker implantation, and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT-D) for patients with heart failure; Carry out cardiac electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency ablation treatment for arrhythmia, radiofrequency ablation treatment for patients with tachyarrhythmia and atrial fibrillation, open up a "green" emergency channel for chest pain patients, establish a chest pain center, and provide interventional treatment for acute myocardial infarction 24 hours a day throughout the year. He has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute and chronic heart failure. He not only follows the guidelines, but also adopts individualized comprehensive treatment for different patients, achieving good therapeutic effects.In recent years, it has carried out a number of influential clinical studies and published many academic papers, achieving a balanced development of clinical scientific research.
