Nursing Department

The Nursing Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is composed of a group of medical staff with rich clinical experience and professional titles of nurses or above. The Nursing Department is responsible for the hospital's nursing quality, business and technical management, and the training and management of nursing staff. It has a distribution center and a customer service center to increase clinical support and provide patients with one-stop, all-round, humanized, convenient and thoughtful services. The Nursing Department has always adhered to the service concept of "everything is patient-centered", carried out in-depth "Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project" activities, constantly updated management concepts, strengthened the construction of the nursing team, improved the quality of nursing, ensured patient safety, and continuously improved the level of nursing services.
