The Department of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a clinical department integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. There are currently 25 medical staff, including 3 chief physicians, 5 deputy chief physicians, and 12 with a master's degree or above. The scale of the discipline has gradually expanded, the personnel echelon is reasonable, and the technical force is strong. It has urology ward (south campus), urology outpatient clinic (north and south campus), urology lithotripsy clinic (north and south campus) and urology lithotripsy emergency department (south campus). At present, the department has the most advanced medical equipment in the country, including urethrocystoscope, nephroscope, ureteroscope imported from Germany, laparoscopic system, prostate resectoscope imported from Japan, 1470nm dual-efficiency laser surgery system, pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy, holmium laser lithotripsy, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripter, infrared spectrum stone composition analyzer, ultrasonic lithotripsy system and light radiation prostate treatment device imported from Switzerland. During many years of clinical practice, he has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract stones, prostate diseases, urinary tract tumors, and urinary dysfunction. He has developed unique treatment methods that combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine and achieved highly satisfactory treatment results.Minimally invasive treatment of urinary tract stones (including postural shock wave lithotripsy, transurethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, etc.); transurethral prostate laser enucleation and vaporization, transurethral resection and laser resection of bladder tumors; laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery (including Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, laparoscopic nephroureter and partial cystectomy, laparoscopic renal cyst deroofing, etc.); radical resection of kidney cancer, renal pelvis and ureter cancer, pyeloplasty, total cystectomy and ileal neobladder reconstruction and other major urological surgeries.
