The obstetrics clinic is located on the third floor of the outpatient building of the south hospital.It has expert clinics, general outpatient clinics, fetal heart rate monitoring rooms, etc. Responsible for daily pregnancy care, prenatal examination, identification and management of high-risk pregnancies, 42-day postpartum review and postpartum contraceptive guidance and other clinical work. Pregnant women's schools educate pregnant women on perinatal health care, such as the content of prenatal examinations, the importance and necessity of various examinations; self-detection of fetal movements and high-risk pregnancies; various processes of labor and delivery, how to cooperate with medical staff during delivery, how to maintain postpartum health care, and care for newborns, etc., so that pregnant women can go through the perinatal period smoothly. As people's demands for improving the quality of the birth population and providing prenatal and postnatal care are increasing, health education for pregnant women is being carried out so that expectant mothers and fathers can understand the delivery process, master the knowledge of self-care during pregnancy and childbirth, and improve the ability of self-monitoring. The department offers pregnancy school courses from a professional perspective, explaining with you the principles and methods of pre-pregnancy preparation, reasonable nutrition during pregnancy, the benefits of breastfeeding, postpartum health care and newborn care, etc. The wards are located on the 22nd floor of the South Inpatient Department of the hospital. They are clean, spacious and warm. They are equipped with central air conditioning and bathrooms with showers, as well as LCD color TVs and 24-hour hot water supply. In addition to ordinary human wards, there are also single wards and double wards.The single room ward is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave and other facilities. The spacious delivery room allows pregnant women expecting to give birth here to feel as if they are at home, thus eliminating the fear of childbirth and better cooperating with medical staff for a smooth delivery. The multi-functional multi-position delivery bed allows pregnant women to choose a free position for delivery. The department has advanced obstetrical medical equipment, including multi-functional electric delivery bed, fetal monitor, multi-parameter ECG monitor, neonatal radiation rescue table, neonatal resuscitator, neonatal hearing screening instrument, transcutaneous jaundice meter, and a complete set of rescue facilities.
