Preventive Treatment Department

The Department of Preventive Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine is an affiliated unit of the Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine Center for Preventive Medicine, a key specialty of Tianjin’s “13th Five-Year Plan” for Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Preventative Diseases, an affiliated unit of the Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Quality Control Center, and a member unit of the Tianjin Health Examination Quality Control Center. It consists of a physical examination center, a prevenient treatment department and a driver service station. In terms of health examination, the equipment is advanced, the process is reasonable, convenient and fast, and the elements of traditional Chinese medicine physical examination are innovatively integrated into it; the disease prevention department has nutrition intervention clinic, fat reduction clinic, sugar screening clinic and other special disease treatment clinics. It can provide internal and external traditional Chinese medicine intervention treatment for sub-healthy people, which can effectively prevent the occurrence and development of diseases. Scope of diagnosis and treatment: 1. Sleep disorders, hidden obesity, pre-diabetes, constipation and other common disease states. 2. Cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, knee osteoarthritis, migraine, generalized anxiety disorder, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. 3. Health examination services such as employment physical examination, personal physical examination, group physical examination, etc. 4. One-stop service for motor vehicle drivers: including beginner learning, additional driving, license renewal, license renewal, transfer, and annual review.
