The Anesthesiology Department of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University has 18 open operating rooms and 12 PACU beds. There are currently 83 medical staff, including 1 chief physician, 6 deputy chief physicians, 2 deputy chief nurses, 3 doctors with doctoral degrees, and 27 doctors with master's degrees. As an important surgical platform of the hospital, it is responsible for clinical anesthesia for all departments of the hospital and tracheal intubation for critically ill patients in the hospital and other rescue work. As a member of the National Geriatric Anesthesia Alliance and a national standardized training base for residents, combined with the characteristics of our hospital, we have completed the monitoring and anesthesia work for a large number of elderly and critically ill patients. Carry out various painless diagnosis and treatment technologies such as painless gastroenteroscopy, painless hysteroscopy, painless tracheoscopy, and painless delivery. Responsible for teaching undergraduate, graduate and international students. He presided over a number of Tianjin Science and Technology Fund projects and won the Tianjin Medical University Science and Technology Achievement Award.
