Vascular Surgery Department
The Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University
The Vascular Surgery Department of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University has 27 beds and is the peripheral vascular disease diagnosis and treatment center in Tianjin. There are currently 19 medical staff, including 2 chief physicians, 1 deputy chief physician, 1 physician with a postdoctoral degree, 2 physicians with a doctorate degree, and 5 physicians with a master's degree. In the treatment of macrovascular disease and peripheral vascular disease, especially in the treatment of aortic dissection, thoracic aortic aneurysm, abdominal aortic aneurysm, diabetic foot, lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, vasculitis, and renal artery stenosis, we closely follow international advanced technology and have rich clinical experience. Responsible for the teaching work of standardized training for undergraduates, graduate students, international students and residents in Tianjin. Diagnosis and treatment scope 1. Thoracic/abdominal aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection: intravascular stent implantation is used to treat thoracic/abdominal aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection; aneurysm resection and artificial blood vessel replacement surgery are performed. 2. Peripheral arterial ischemic disease: modern advanced intravascular technology (balloon dilatation, stent placement, plaque rotation, Angiojet suction, etc.) and traditional surgical bypass are used to treat lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans, diabetic foot, vasculitis, and subclavian artery, celiac artery, mesenteric artery, renal artery stenosis and occlusive diseases.3. Superficial varicose veins of the lower limbs: The most advanced radiofrequency closure + foam sclerotherapy injection + point exfoliation minimally invasive surgery for the great saphenous varicose veins of the lower limbs was carried out. Compared with the traditional method, this method has less trauma and faster recovery. You can be hospitalized on the first day, have surgery on the second day, and be discharged on the third day. 4. Venous thromboembolic diseases: Deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs, pulmonary embolism, inferior vena cava thrombosis, portal vein thrombosis, standardized treatments such as standardized anticoagulation, intubation thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy, surgical thrombectomy, and vena cava filter placement were carried out earlier in the country. 5. Interventional and surgical treatment of visceral aneurysms and limb aneurysms: including aneurysm embolization, covered stent implantation, aneurysm resection-artificial blood vessel replacement, etc. 6. Endovascular treatment of diabetic vasculopathy and diabetic foot. 7. Establishment of dialysis access and interventional treatment of related complications. 8. Interventional treatment of non-vascular diseases: hemorrhagic diseases (gastrointestinal bleeding, hemoptysis, uterine bleeding, massive bleeding after percutaneous nephroscopy and renal biopsy, trauma and postoperative bleeding, etc.), embolization therapy for tumors (liver cancer, kidney cancer, uterine cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, etc.), renal hamartoma, renal arteriovenous fistula, biliary obstruction stent implantation, etc.
