The Department of Hematology of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University has 29 beds and 33 medical staff, including 1 chief physician, 1 doctoral supervisor, 1 master's supervisor, 1 doctor with a doctorate, 9 doctors with a master's degree, and 3 special inspection research technicians. Establish a cell morphology room, blood component separation room, blood cell immunity room, cytochemistry room, cytogenetics and molecular biology room. We carry out technologies such as hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, high-dose chemotherapy and targeted therapy for malignant hematological diseases, and intensive immunosuppressive therapy such as SAA's ATG. It leads the country in the diagnosis and treatment of myeloid tumors including MPN, MDS, and AML, bone marrow failure diseases including AA, IRP, PNH, AIHA, etc., and congenital and familial hematopoietic system diseases. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of thrombocytopenia, coagulation system diseases, ALL, multiple myeloma and lymphoma caused by various causes. As the presiding unit, we established the Tianjin Medical and Health Association Bone Marrow Failure Disease Professional Committee and the Hemophagocytic Syndrome Chinese Expert Alliance Pan-Tianjin Expert Collaboration Group. In recent years, he has published many papers in Leukemia, JCI, etc. Undertaken a number of key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and Tianjin Natural Science Foundation.
