Clinical Testing Center

The Clinical Testing Center of the Hematology Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is a comprehensive medical testing laboratory integrating clinical testing, teaching, and scientific research.

With the goal of building an international standardized laboratory and a social open laboratory, the center undertakes the daily clinical testing work of the entire hospital and provides accurate laboratory basis and strong support for the diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of clinical diseases.

The clinical testing center has the world's most advanced large-scale routine testing instruments and equipment such as fully automatic biochemistry, immunity, microbiology, blood, and urine assembly lines. It has opened more than 260 testing items, including blood disease-related testing items recommended by international and domestic guidelines and consensus, providing accurate clinical laboratory data support for the clinical diagnosis of patients with blood diseases and the differential diagnosis of difficult blood diseases.

In December 2013, the center obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and accepted re-evaluation and supervisory re-evaluation every two years. It was one of the earliest laboratories in China to pass the ISO15189 medical laboratory accreditation.
