The Anemia Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the Hematology Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, as the first department established since the establishment of the hospital in 1957, is currently divided into two wards. It specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various anemic diseases, especially the diagnosis and treatment of severe aplastic anemia (SAA). Its curative effect has always been in the leading position in the country and has reached international standards.

He has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various difficult and complicated diseases, such as congenital dyserythropoiesis anemia (CDA), Fanconi anemia, dyskeratosis congenita, hemochromatosis, iron-refractory iron deficiency anemia, etc.

The center undertakes several national, provincial and municipal projects, including research on the pathogenesis of hematopoietic failure, the disease transformation mechanism of aplastic anemia, and clinical research on new drugs.

In recent years, he has published more than 100 articles, including more than 30 SCI articles such as Blood, British Journal of Haemotology, Annuals of Hematology, and Experimental hematology. The relevant conclusions are highly influential in China.
