The Urology Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital was established in 2017. Our department uses a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to prevent and treat urinary tract diseases. The department has 20 beds, 5 doctors, one deputy chief physician, 2 attending physicians and 2 physicians, all of whom are master's students. The department specializes in urological endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology. The diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract stones is the dominant disease in the department. It has advanced equipment such as dual-positioning extracorporeal lithotripsy, ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephroscopy, holmium laser, and flexible ureteroscopy. It can independently complete ureteroscopy, flexible ureteroscopy, and other intraluminal surgeries. Stone component analysis is currently the most advanced technology. At the same time, the department can complete laparoscopic nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, adrenalectomy, and radical bladder cancer surgery. It can complete transurethral resection of prostate, transurethral resection of bladder tumors and other intraluminal surgeries. The department is good at the establishment and maintenance of dialysis pathways and the formation of special diseases. It can complete temporary tube, semi-permanent tube placement, internal fistula establishment, internal fistula repair, thrombus removal, high internal fistula, balloon dilation and other surgeries.
