The Department of Nephrology, Rheumatology and Immunology of Hohhot First Hospital has a total of 45 beds. There are two blood purification centers under the department. There are 16 medical teams, including 4 chief physicians, 3 deputy chief physicians, 6 attending physicians and 3 resident physicians, forming a good third-level talent echelon.

There are 52 nursing teams, including 4 deputy chief nurses, 15 supervisor nurses, 25 nurse practitioners, and 8 nurses, including 37 hemodialysis specialist nurses and 4 peritoneal dialysis specialist nurses.

The medical staff of the department have studied at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Peking University Hospital many times, and maintain a close collaborative relationship.

Our department is a two-level blood purification quality control center in Inner Mongolia and Hohhot City, and a blood purification specialist nurse training base in Inner Mongolia.

It is a key discipline in Hohhot City.

Medical features

Carry out diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases, including acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, IgA nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, lupus nephritis, small vessel vasculitis renal damage, hypertensive renal damage, acute and chronic renal failure and other diseases.

Carry out renal biopsy, renal cyst puncture and sclerotherapy, semi-permanent dialysis catheter placement, and peritoneal dialysis.

The hemodialysis center can carry out hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration, hemoperfusion, bedside blood purification, plasma exchange, and bilirubin adsorption.

At the same time, it can carry out diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, hyperuricemia, gout, systemic sclerosis, ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases, and has been well received by patients.

Department equipment

It has advanced equipment such as defibrillators, ECG monitors, electrocardiographs, micro pumps, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitors, infusion pumps, non-invasive ventilators, body composition analyzers, and automatic peritoneal dialysis machines.

The hemodialysis room has 90 hemodialysis machines and 2 continuous bedside blood purification machines, and has implemented information and electronic management.
