CT and Radiology

The CT Room and Radiology Department (Medical Imaging Department) of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Cancer Hospital include two rooms, namely the X-ray room and the CT/MR room. It is a clinical discipline involving the diagnosis and interventional treatment of general diseases.

There are currently 25 employees, including 8 with senior professional titles and 8 with intermediate professional titles.

There are 5 people with graduate degree or above, and 2 are master tutors.

Many people serve as members of national and autonomous region professional associations.

The main imaging equipment includes: 1 GE 128-slice and 16-slice CT from the United States, 1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner from Siemens from Germany, Philips mammography X-ray machine, Siemens flat-panel multi-function and other digital X-ray systems from Germany and self-service film printing system.

The use of PACS and cloud storage marks that our department has become a modern medical model department of digitalization and network information sharing.

The department is also responsible for teaching medical imaging to undergraduates and international students of Inner Mongolia Medical University, and is responsible for three scientific research projects of the Ministry of Health and the autonomous region. In recent years, it has published more than 50 papers in magazines at all levels.
