The Oncology Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Cancer Hospital currently has 6 chief physicians, 1 attending physician, and 1 nurse. It is a clinical department that mainly provides comprehensive treatment of tumors, chronic diseases, and geriatric diseases and integrates medical care, teaching, and scientific research.

Over the years, through unremitting efforts, a department has been formed with suitable technologies for carrying out a variety of diagnosis and treatment and a variety of distinctive disciplines.

Featured disciplines of the department: TCM comprehensive internal medicine, TCM gynecology, TCM dermatology, TCM rheumatism and pain, TCM orthopedics, disease prevention (including physical therapy, sound therapy), TCM diet therapy, acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, TCM surgery and other majors.

Clinical technology of the department: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine philosophy of "preventing disease before it becomes a disease, and preventing disease before it becomes degenerative", we carry out more than 40 appropriate diagnosis and treatment techniques including traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, massage, acupoint application, acupoint injection, traditional Chinese medicine facial mask, foot therapy, medicated bath, fumigation (steaming), medicated diet, scraping, meteorite, physics, physical therapy, sound therapy, etc., to provide standardized and appropriate technical treatment for tumors and various other diseases.
