Multidisciplinary treatment of bone and soft tissue sarcoma, second-line treatment of advanced bone and soft tissue sarcoma, targeted and immunotherapy of sarcoma.

Specialty features:

Bone and Soft Tissue Tumor Surgery is a professional department that treats bone tumors and soft tissue tumors derived from muscles, fat, nerves, blood vessels, fibrous connective tissue, etc.

Different from orthopedics in the traditional sense, oncology is our specialty. Patients who come to our department will receive standardized, scientific, and accurate diagnosis and treatment through a series of diagnosis and treatment procedures (symptomology, imaging, pathology).

Treatment Features:

1. Spinal surgery: Spinal primary or metastatic tumors can be treated with spinal tumor en bloc resection (en bloc), artificial vertebral body replacement, spinal cord separation surgery, bone cement filling and other techniques according to the surgical indications, and good therapeutic effects can be obtained.

2. Extremity and joint surgery: Patients with malignant bone tumors of the limbs are treated with active limb salvage treatment, mainly comprehensive treatment. Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy is used to shrink the tumor and reduce the clinical stage. Tumor-type joint prosthesis replacement, tumor segment resection and reconstruction, inactivation and replantation are used for rational surgical treatment to reduce the recurrence rate and preserve functions to the greatest extent.

3. Soft tissue sarcoma surgery: Wide and extended resection is usually used to ensure clean tumor resection. The soft tissue defect after resection is repaired and reconstructed, including skin flaps, skin grafting, vascular reconstruction and other techniques, to achieve a good local control rate.
