The Department of Pharmacy at Peking Qinghua Hospital is committed to the spirit of China, taking advantage of Taiwan's long-standing medical system management model and following trends in modern healthcare systems. The classroom is equipped with an innovative standardized pharmacist training system, a complete long-term information management system, refined internal management and diversified pharmacy specialist services as a feature, full-scale, multi-level patient-providing professional, efficient, attentive pharmacy services. Combining PGI training for pharmacists in the medical system of Taiwan with standardized training for pharmacists in Beijing's residential hospitals, set up a training program to train personnel that has both long-term characteristics and is consistent with the real situation of pharmacists on the mainland; Through a systematic comprehensive knowledge education, special education training, practical job training, shift training, continuing education training, personnel promotion to core ratings, pharmacists will improve the level of pharmacist integrated pharmacy services in order to build a high-level team of professional pharmacists.
