The Department of General Medicine and Health Management at Beijing Tsinghua Hospital is divided into two departments: the Department of General Medicine, which is a medical research unit focused on integrated health management, chronic disease control and symptom identification. The range of services includes: diagnosis and treatment of acute chronic symptoms, health counseling, and management of chronic diseases. Management of comprehensive assessment of the elderly's multiple disorders (diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, etc.), drug adjustment, etc. is one of the priorities of the medical department. In addition, treatment guidance for metabolic disorders such as obesity, hyperlipidemia, hyperhidrosis is also an important part of the medical department. The Department of General Medicine has seven current physicians, including the current chief physician, 1 deputy chief physician, 1 primary physician.The humanities of general medical practice, the humanities of general medicine, and the concept of serving patients are widely recognized by society.It is currently the National Hospital Physician Training Base and the Beijing City Health Commission's Humanities Division.
