Department of Medical Cosmetology, Tsinghua Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Beijing: 1. Current status of the department: The Department of Medical Cosmetology, Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, affiliated to Tsinghua University, was officially established in 2015. Deputy Chief Physician Li Weiwei served as the first director. It consists of three professional groups: Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Cosmetic Dermatology. The leaders of the three professional groups are Professor Yang Jianmin, Director of Plastic Surgery, Professor Xu Jun, Director of Stomatology, and Associate Professor Zhao Yi, Director of Dermatology.

2. Talent team: The Medical Cosmetology Department currently has 3 well-known professor-level chief physicians, 6 deputy chief physicians, several attending physicians and residents, forming a medical and cosmetology team of composite cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dentistry and cosmetic dermatology.

All resident doctors graduated from well-known universities such as Peking University School of Medicine and China Union Medical College, and have at least a master's degree.

3. Development of scientific research and teaching work. All medical cosmetology echelon doctors have the qualifications of teachers in colleges and universities, and have rich overseas clinical and scientific research work experience. They accept and guide medical students from Tsinghua University School of Medicine, residents who have received standardized training, and fellows from all over the world who are studying clinically in various subspecialties.
