Relying on the advantages of Tsinghua University, we focus on clinical scientific research and the integration of medicine and engineering.
Scientific research direction: Scientific research work focuses on clinical practice, starting from actual clinical needs, focusing on the pathogenesis of common diseases in plastic surgery, and launching scientific research and exploration in the fields of regenerative medicine and translational medicine.
Plastic surgery focuses on tissue regeneration, stem cell transplantation, repair and reconstruction, focusing on research on induced differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells to regenerate missing tissues such as sweat glands, application of adipose stem cells, research on the mechanisms and prevention of pathological scars, mechanobiological treatment of chronic wounds, and mechanisms of skin flap ischemia-reperfusion injury.
Medical plastic surgery mainly carries out repair and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, laser beauty, micro plastic surgery, trauma emergency plastic surgery and other services. Its technology in facial rejuvenation technology, eye plastic surgery, comprehensive rhinoplasty, breast plastic surgery, fat transplantation, scar plastic surgery, ear, nose and breast reconstruction, injection beauty and other aspects has reached the domestic advanced level.
1. Emergency trauma plastic surgery: Body tissue damage caused by accidental trauma such as traffic accidents, especially various wounds on exposed parts such as the head, face, hands, etc., are treated using the principles and techniques of cosmetic plastic surgery to achieve ideal repair results and good appearance recovery. While obtaining the basic guarantee of normal functions, it is also a psychological guarantee for patients to maintain a healthy attitude and face life.
Emergency plastic surgery treatment includes: 1. Plastic surgery of scalp and skull injuries.
2. Maxillofacial trauma repair.
3. Forehead, temporal and zygomatic trauma surgery.
4. Rehabilitation of eye trauma.
5. Rehabilitation of nasal trauma.
6. Auricle trauma repair.
7. Repair of lip and cheek trauma.
8. Rehabilitation of neck trauma.
9. Rehabilitation of trunk trauma.
10. Rehabilitation of limb injuries.
11. Rehabilitation of hand injuries.
12. Compartment syndrome.
2. Restorative and reconstructive surgery: Repair and reconstruct defects and deformities of human tissues and organs through surgery or tissue transplantation, as well as reshape the normal human body to achieve improvement and beautification of form and reconstruction of function.
After treatment, patients with tissues, organs and deformities caused by disease, trauma or congenital malformations can achieve the goal of "the injured are not disabled and the disabled are not disabled".
1. Repair of traumatic defects and deformities: Due to mechanical, chemical, temperature, radiation and other factors, damage to the form and function of human tissues and organs, such as burns, electric shock injuries, frostbite, firearm injuries, cutting injuries, avulsion injuries, crush injuries, radiation injuries, etc. For such defects and deformities, not only tissue transplantation can be used for later repair, but also in the early stages of trauma, if plastic surgery methods can be used to repair them in time, it can promote early wound healing, shorten the course of treatment, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of later deformities.
2. Congenital defects and deformity plastic surgery: Congenital defects and deformities refer to the morphological or (and) functional defects of body tissues and organs that occur during fetal development or growth.
Restorative and reconstructive surgery mainly treats surface deformities that affect the body's appearance and function, such as craniofacial deformities, cleft lip, cleft palate, microtia, nasal deformities, chest and abdominal wall deformities, genitourinary organ defects and deformities, and deformities of the upper and lower limbs.
3. Plastic surgery for infectious defects and deformities: Microbial infections such as bacteria and viruses can cause tissue necrosis, residual defects, and scar deformities.
Including plastic surgery of gangrenous stomatitis, sequelae of severe infections of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, plastic surgery of infected fistulas and gangrenous ulcers, and treatment of elephantiasis of the lower limbs, penis, and scrotum.
4. Repair of defects after resection of various benign and malignant tumors: such as repair, reconstruction and plastic surgery after resection of large-area melanoma, lymphangioma, hemangioma, blood vessel and lymphatic malformation, neurofibroma, melanoma, skin cancer, sarcoma and breast tumor.
Especially for tumors that occur on the face, chest, abdomen, and genitals, repair and reconstruction methods are needed to repair or reconstruct the function and appearance after resection.
The previous single radical tumor surgery has been transformed into the current radical surgery with plastic surgery and cosmetology at the same time.
5. Plastic surgery for deformities, defects or dysfunction of human tissues and organs caused by certain diseases: such as plastic surgery for facial nerve paralysis, ptosis, palmar aponeurosis contracture, hemifacial atrophy, breast ptosis, large breasts, etc.
Restorative and reconstructive surgery is both a medicine and an art. It can relieve patients' pain and restore the shape and function of damaged or lost organs in the human body.
3. Cosmetic Surgery Cosmetic Surgery is a branch of medicine that is based on the theory of human body aesthetics and uses a combination of aesthetic, psychological and surgical techniques to repair and reshape the beauty of the human body, or to treat some disfiguring diseases, with the purpose of enhancing the beauty of its form while maintaining functional integrity.
Including: 1. Eye plastic surgery: double eyelid (double eyelid), eye bag removal (internal and external), ptosis correction, medial and lateral canthus plastic surgery, eyelid varus and varus correction, brow lift.
2. Rhinoplasty: rhinoplasty, tip plastic surgery, alar plastic surgery, correction of crooked nose, narrowing of wide nose, narrowing of nostrils, correction of upturned nose, removal of nasal prosthesis or injection, comprehensive rhinoplasty.
3. Wrinkle removal: forehead wrinkle removal, temporal lift, full face wrinkle removal, lower face wrinkle removal, biological wrinkle removal.
