The Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Guangzhou-Mongmen Hospital Osteopathic Department, founded in 1955, has 35 primary care staff, 18 doctors at all levels, including 3 physicians as director, 10 deputy director, 5 physicians as principal. The initial institute of osteopathic medicine, led by Dr. Duzming-o, a leading 20th century Chinese scientist, one of the founders of new Chinese osteopathy, adhering to the principles of development in combination with mainstream Chinese medicine, and passed down through generations of development, has today become a full-fledged professional category, with distinctive features in Chinese medicine, and a distinctly Chinese medical specialty, with many experts serving at different professional institutions respectively. After generations of legacy innovation, several projects have been rewarded with scientific achievements, such as paperboard-surge therapy for wrist fracture, rehabilitation techniques for fixed board treatment, shoulder locks for fixed belt treatment, dislocation of shoulder joints, evidence of disease combined with dialysis to prevent early hip fractures, innovative therapies, reliable therapies, and wide patient praise.
