The Department of Endocrinology at Beijing's Capital Medical University, which is made up of doctors who have been working in the clinical field for many years, currently has 1 senior position, 1 middle position, 3 hospital physicians.There are daily endocrinologists or podiatrists, mainly diagnosing patients with diabetes, certain obesity, thyroid disease, high blood pressure, bone loss, and so on, there are currently 8 beds. First, for diabetics, first of all, the clinical diagnosis of scientific, rational, standardized treatment of diabetes mellitus, and the active development of new technologies based on conventional therapy such as insulin therapy, insulin-strengthening therapy for early onset diabetes, flexible and reasonable use of multiple formulations of insulin, etc., will ensure that patients' blood sugar levels are stable over the long term. Second, by early screening of urine protein secretion, under eye examination, and underarm vascular ultrasound, diagnosing complications of diabetes mellitus, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot, diabetic neuropathy, and achieving early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment.
