Nutrition Department

The Medical Faculty of Beijing Morning Hospital Nutrition Department, affiliated with the Capital Medical University, is one of the earliest units in the country to carry out clinical nutrition work, with eight current professionals, including 1 senior vice, 4 junior, and 3 junior. To meet the demands of modern clinical nutrition therapy, better serve patients, and to make nutrition therapy more scientific, complete, and reasonable. Nutritionists adhere to the nutritional risk assessment of hospitalized patients, through nutritional testing, evaluation, nutritional intervention for patients with nutritional imbalances and metabolic diseases, personalized nutritional treatment programs designed according to the disease characteristics, and provide home nutrition guidance and advice to hospital patients that will benefit patients throughout their lives. Providing critical care and surgical support to patients in critical condition, improving patient survival, increasing surgical success, reducing hospital stay, achieving the goal of early recovery.
