Beijing Morning Hospital is a large, tertiary-level comprehensive hospital with a clinical, scientific and teaching complex, the eye department is also a graduate training ground for the Faculty of Ophthalmology at the University of Medicine and Technology in Beijing.The age structure of the faculty, the degree structure, the technical position structure, and the professional qualification structure are reasonable, meet the requirements of sustainable development. The following are the equipments of ophthalmologists: 68 medical staff in the eye department, 5 under 30, 31-50-23 and 50 over 10 among doctors.29 doctoral degrees, 9 master's degrees, 76% of doctoral degrees.15 senior positions, 7 middle positions.10 nurse posts, 1 middle position among technicians. Twelve people have more than one year of study abroad experience.Currently, the medical equipment in the room is more advanced and the surgical type is more comprehensive.
