Pharmacy Department

The Department of Pharmacy at Beijing Gen-In Hospital, affiliated with the Capital Medical University, is a specialized technical department with managerial functions in hospital pharmacy management, clinical pharmaceutical services, drug delivery assurance, teaching and research integration under the leadership of the Committee on Medicare & Medicaid. It currently operates as a unit for the China Hospital Association Clinical Pharmacists Training Base, Beijing City Hospital Standardization Training Base and the Beijing Municipal Health Commission's Working Group on Clinical Safety and Pharmaceuticals.For many years, the Ministry of Pharmacy has been continuously exploring, transmitting, and sharing the spirit of compassion to ensure the clinically sound use of pharmaceuticals. In recent years, the Department of Pharmacy has completed its transition from a pharmaceutical supply guarantee to a clinically sound drug management, based on patient-centred, pharmacy-service oriented, drug supply assurance and drug supply management. The department's setup and staff consist of: Department of Pharmacy, which has three emergency departments, a pharmacy in the East, West, South and Central Districts, a pharmacy in the East, a pharmacy in China, a drug group and a pharmacy in the Clinical Pharmacy Center, a pharmacy consulting center, an office etc. Department of Pharmacy has 104 existing medical professional technicians, including 3 senior positions, 66 middle positions;
