Psychology Department

The Department of Psychology at Beijing Gen-In Hospital, affiliated with the Capital Medical University, was founded in 1993, and is one of the earliest professional institutions for psychological counseling and treatment in Beijing. In its long clinical practice, it has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience in many suspected mental illnesses. The psychological problems of different groups of people, such as children, adolescents, middle-aged and elderly, psychologists use psychological testing, psychological counseling, etc. to give a psychological diagnosis and take appropriate treatment. There are many ways to help patients reduce pain, eliminate disease, improve quality of life, including drug therapy, cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, marriage and family therapy, biofeedback therapy, music therapy, relaxation training, hypnosis therapy, and so on.
