The Department of Pediatrics, affiliated with the Beijing Gen-In Hospital of the Capital Medical University, is a combination of ear neurosurgery and ear microsurgery, whereas ear neurosurgery is primarily used to treat facial neuropathic diseases, auditory neural disease, inner ear disease, artificial ear implantation, and other underlying and lateral diseases, and ear microsurgery is mainly used to treat external and middle ear conditions such as drum chamber formation, hearing reconstruction, and treatment of outer ear. The classroom has 60 beds, an annual expert visit of more than 35,000 people, an annual surgical capacity of more than 2,300, with 6 physicians as directors, 4 assistant directors, 2 guides, 1 mentor.
