Ophthalmology Department

The Beijing Genetic Hospital, affiliated with the Capital Medical University, has formed a gold standard of far-reaching influence, on the basis of centuries-old tradition, integrating resources, organizing the Beijing Genetic Eye Center as a national focal point for education approved by the Ministry of Education, undertaking the task of building the Department of Ophthalmology. The Center has an integrated office, responsible for administrative management and coordination; it has five branches: the Eye Clinic, the Eye Institute, the Prevention of Blindness Office, the Center for Research in Ophthalmology.
