The Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission was formerly the Office of Discipline Inspection, Supervision and Audit. Before the Office of Discipline Inspection, Supervision and Audit was established, the office of the Party Committee was responsible for the work of discipline inspection and supervision. In 1996, the Discipline Inspection Commission of the hospital was established and a Discipline Inspection Office was set up, equipped with two full-time discipline inspectors, who work under the leadership of the hospital Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission. In June 1997, the hospital established a Supervision Office, which co-located with the Disciplinary Inspection Office. In 2006, the audit work was separated from the Price Audit Department, and its functions were merged with the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, and the Discipline Inspection, Supervision and Audit Office was established. In 2021, the Office of Annual Inspection, Supervision and Audit was renamed as the Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission. The main responsibility of the Discipline Inspection Commission is to firmly establish the "four consciousnesses" and strengthen the "four self-confidences" under the correct leadership of the hospital's Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission, consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee, respect the Party Constitution, faithfully perform duties, and promote the implementation of main responsibilities and supervisory responsibilities with strong supervision, discipline enforcement, and accountability. 1. Maintain the Party's charter and other intra-Party regulations, maintain the Party's discipline, supervise and inspect the implementation of national laws, regulations and policies by various departments and employees of the hospital and their compliance with the Party Constitution and various intra-Party rules, systems and disciplines, and implement supervision within the scope of the Party Constitution and relevant provisions of the Party.2. Inspect and supervise the implementation of party and government disciplines by the main responsible departments and party members and cadres of the hospital, especially the exercise of power by leading cadres. Accept reports and accusations within the scope of the hospital's disciplinary inspection and supervision; in accordance with the cadre management authority, investigate violations of party discipline and government disciplines and cases, put forward handling opinions, and report the results to the hospital party committee and superior discipline inspection commissions; accept complaints from party members and party and government cadres of the hospital who are dissatisfied with party and government disciplinary sanctions, and protect the rights of party members; do a good job in disciplinary inspection and supervision petitions. 3. Carry out publicity and education on party conduct, clean government and anti-corruption. In conjunction with relevant departments of the Party Committee, combined with the actual situation of the hospital, various forms are adopted to educate party members, especially party members and cadres, on party spirit, style, and party discipline, so as to enhance the party spirit cultivation and ability of all party members to resist corruption and prevent degeneration. 4. Responsible for the sending, receiving, circulating and keeping of disciplinary inspection information and documents, as well as the file management of cases. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior Discipline Inspection Commission and hospital leaders.
