A. The establishment of background and development program In 2013, the hospital established a Department of State Assets Management, launching a specialized process in state-owned asset management. In 2022, the hospital's administrative level will be upgraded to a sub-domain level, in case of tight preparation, not only retaining the preparation of the State Asset Management Department,2023 August, the hospital established a new State Asset Management Department, marking the entry into a new phase of the hospital's state-owned asset management work. The newly established State-owned Assets Management Department will take over the responsibilities of asset management through a full lifecycle management process that runs from asset proof allocation, acceptance management, operational management to final disposal, with the aim of achieving refinement and scientific management of state-owned assets. The following departments: Project Management, Procurement Management, Asset Management, Staff Structure and Diploma composed of a total of 14 staff members, including 2 PhDs, 3 Masters, 8 Undergraduate Faculties, 1 Postgraduate Faculty.
