Veteran Cadres Work Department [Overview] Before the establishment of the hospital's Veterans Affairs Department, the management of retired personnel was the responsibility of the Human Resources Department. In July 1993, the Veteran Cadres Section was formally established. In October 2000, it was renamed the Veteran Cadre Work Department.
