Department

The Department of Performance Operations was established in November 2010, its predecessor being the Performance Accounting Agency affiliated with the Ministry of Finance.After recent years, hospital performance management has received increasing attention from leadership and departments at all levels, separating this part of the functional audit from the original department to create a whole new functional department. The Performance Operations Department is primarily responsible for the construction and improvement of hospital performance accounting systems, planning and execution of hospital performance accounting systems, planning and operation of hospital performance accounting mechanisms. The Performance Operations Department currently has nine employees, including one minister, eight employees, a professional structure focused on accounting, financial management, finance, computer applications and other economic management areas, and two senior technical professionals, one intermediate technical professional. As the reform of the national healthcare system gradually deepens, hospital performance management will be given more attention and emphasis, while as a key sector in carrying out hospital performance management functions, it will also play an increasingly important role in the overall construction and development of hospitals.
