The Ministry of Finance is responsible for the financial administration, accounting and preparation of financial forecasts, decisions, providing accurate accounting information and economic information to hospital management.When the hospital was established in 1958, its financial operations were not carried out by an independent body, but were managed by a central office. In 1960, the hospital established a finance department and set up an entrance fee, a hospital fees accounting department, with the Department of Finance responsible for all financial planning, economic management and accounting work in the entire hospital. In 1984, the hospital set up a separate part-time accounting, fee-paying staff, business administration for finance and medical equipment, as well as accounting for office supplies and sanitary materials for the entire hospital, and in the third industry, workers' services, nutrition, trade unions, and childcare sectors. To strengthen financial management, in 1996 the hospital divided its housing into a single administration of the Ministry of Finance.In 2007, the hospital divided the accounting staff of the Department of Medical Engineering, General Logistics, and Drug Supply into a single administration of the Ministry of Finance.
