Nursing Department

When the Department of Nursing was established in 1958, that is, when the Department of Nursing was created, it was responsible for managing the quality of care and moving nurses into the hospital.In 1960, for objective reasons, the hospital abolished the building of the Nursing Department, with the task of managing the nursing home falling to the Dean's Office.In 1961, the Department of Nursing was restored. In 1966, during the Cultural Revolution, the nursing department was abolished again, care work was managed by a production office.In 1978, the hospital reestablished a nursing department.In 1980, the nursing system was transformed from secondary management to vertical leadership of thirdary management.In 1984, the nursing system was transformed into a nursing department headed by a director of operations. In order to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of care services, in 1993, the Nursing Department established a Quality Assessment Group for Care Services, which conducts inspection reviews of all hospital care work, fulfills the purpose of patient-centred service, meets the multi-layered requirements of society, and diversifies healthcare services.
