Department

The Department of Human Resources was established in 1958, and in October 2000, by a decision of the hospital, the department was renamed the Department of Human Resources.In 2003, the graduate unified allocation system was changed to open recruitment, the Department of Human Resources was oriented according to the needs of each department to social recruitment, selective admission.The Department of Human Resources evolved from purely human resources management to human resource management. In January 2007, the hospital established a Center for Staff Training, responsible for training and comprehensive quality education of all staff at the hospital.The main functions of the Human Resources Department are: to properly coordinate and adjust hospital personnel, recruitment and pre-training of new recruits in accordance with personnel policy, procedures and relevant regulations; Developing a system for the evaluation of all types of hospital technicians and administrators, regularly conducting audits; performing job evaluations of various hospital technical specialties in accordance with relevant regulations; hiring jobs and managing salary funds; approving overheads of labor costs; and other work such as archival management and information construction.
