It has outpatient Western pharmacy, Chinese patent pharmacy, Chinese herbal pharmacy, Mongolian pharmacy, emergency pharmacy, internal medicine inpatient pharmacy, surgical inpatient pharmacy, special needs pharmacy, health center pharmacy, Western medicine library, Chinese medicine library, large infusion preparation library, preparation research and development room, drug testing room, clinical pharmacy room and financial room. The main business includes clinical pharmacy services, patient individualized medication guidance, drug procurement, drug dispensing, preparation production, and clinical pharmaceutical research and teaching. There are currently 102 pharmacy professionals, including 7 chief pharmacists, 16 deputy chief pharmacists, 13 chief pharmacists, 46 pharmacists and 18 pharmacists. There are 3 doctors, 32 masters, and 47 undergraduates. It has one second-level candidate for the autonomous region’s “321 Talents” and three master’s degree supervisors. Business scope: In recent years, the Pharmacy Department has comprehensively strengthened pharmaceutical quality management, implemented standardized and standardized management, and achieved remarkable results in pharmaceutical management. The proportion of pharmaceutical sales in the hospital's revenue has been controlled below 40%. In order to meet the needs of the development of modern hospitals, the central work of the department has gradually changed from the traditional supply guarantee model to a patient-centered model with rational drug use as the core and providing pharmaceutical technical services. The Pharmacy Department of the Affiliated Hospital is the training base for clinical pharmacists of the Ministry of Health. It currently has 10 full-time clinical pharmacists and is able to recruit and train clinical pharmacists in general medicine and anti-infectious drugs across the country. It is the first unit in the autonomous region to carry out blood concentration monitoring and individualized medication of cyclosporine and other drugs; it also carries out adverse drug reaction monitoring; clinical rational application monitoring of antimicrobial drugs and analysis of rational drug use in outpatient prescriptions and inpatient medical records; outpatient pharmacy medication consultation services and other new technologies and new businesses. It is the first unit in the autonomous region to participate in the Ministry of Health’s Antibacterial Drug Clinical Application Monitoring Network. It actively carries out pharmaceutical research work. In recent years, the Department of Pharmacy has undertaken 5 scientific research projects at the autonomous region level and above, published more than 100 scientific research papers at the provincial level and above (of which more than 30 were included in SCI), and is in a leading position in the country in antibacterial drug public health statistics and policy research. Introduction to medical equipment: The Pharmacy Department of our hospital has a German Siemens VIVA-E blood drug concentration detector, which can be combined with specific reagents to conduct in vitro diagnostic measurements of analytes in serum, plasma, urine and water standard solution samples. The analyzer is designed as an "open" system. Most clinical chemistry tests requiring photometric measurements are suitable for use with this system. We have Japan's Shimadzu UV-2401pc visible ultraviolet spectrophotometer, which can complete single-wavelength content determination, dual-wavelength content determination and first- and second-order derivative spectral content determination according to different sample requirements. Equipped with Japan's Shimadzu LC-10A high-performance liquid chromatograph and two LC-10AT high-pressure infusion pumps, it can complete the high-pressure gradient elution tasks of two mobile phase systems; the CTO-10A column thermostat can provide column temperature protection from room temperature to 60 degrees; SIL-10Axl automatically The dynamic sampler can complete continuous single or multiple injection tasks of 1-100 samples; it is also equipped with three detectors: visible-ultraviolet (SPD-10A), fluorescence (RF-10Axl) and electrochemistry (L-ECD-6A), which can be flexibly selected according to the needs of the sample. Using the auxiliary function of the SCL-10A system controller, linear or nonlinear high-pressure elution can be completed and multiple wavelength switching functions can be completed within the same run cycle.
