Plastic Surgery Department
Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University
Founded in 1965, the Department of Plastic, Aesthetic and Burn Surgery integrates clinical care, teaching, and research. It is authorized to train master's students in plastic surgery and serves as the regional quality-control center for plastic and aesthetic medicine. Its scope includes reconstruction and aesthetic surgery of the eyes, nose, ears, lips, face, neck, and breasts; abdominal-wall and body contouring; correction of congenital and acquired deformities of the hands, feet, and limbs; scar and superficial tumor treatment; burn care; wound repair; and functional reconstruction.
