Introduction to diagnosis and treatment equipment: The department has 1 PET/CT equipment, 2 SPECT equipment, 1 dual-photon X-ray bone density meter, and 1 thyroid function tester. Among them, PET/CT equipment is currently the most advanced model at home and abroad. It has the advantages of short examination time, high resolution, and low drug injection dose, and can meet clinical and scientific research needs. Diagnosis and treatment features of the department: The department currently carries out: 18F-FDGPET/CT and SPECT examinations, mainly including 18F-FDG tumor imaging, 18F-FDG viable myocardial imaging, 18F-FDG brain metabolism imaging, renal dynamic imaging, myocardial perfusion imaging, V/Q imaging, brain imaging, bone imaging, thyroid imaging, parathyroid imaging, etc. Among them, the application of PET/CT in pulmonary diseases provides an objective basis for making clinical treatment decisions, with more than 3,500 cases completed annually; V/QSPECT/CT is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary vascular diseases, with more than 400 cases completed annually.In addition, work has been carried out on the treatment of hyperthyroidism with nuclide iodine-131 and the determination of bone density. Existing specialized disease clinics: PET/CT specialized disease clinics for tumor diagnosis. Scientific research achievements of the department: In the past 5 years, the department has obtained 1 project funded by the provincial and ministerial level or above (National Natural Science Foundation of China), 6 college-level projects; published 5 SCI articles and 15 core journal articles. He has participated in many domestic and foreign academic conferences and delivered speeches. Teaching situation of the department: The teaching tasks undertaken by the department include standardized training of nuclear medicine for residents in Beijing, clinical teaching at Peking University School of Medicine, and clinical teaching at Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
