Integrative Medicine Pulmonary Department

The curriculum of the departmental development: In 2007, the department combined previous work experience, combined clinical needs with basic research, positioned the direction of the departmental development as a lung disease (chronic period, sustained period and relief period) treatment characteristic of Chinese medicine, including cough, asthma, COPD etc. In 2008, the National Bureau of Medicines of China (NMA) established a focus laboratory for lung disease (chronic cough). In 2013, on the basis of the focus laboratory, the Center for Lung Disease and Clinical Medicine (CCP) was established, with Professor Li Tyulin as director of the center, to further enhance the clinical advantages of Chinese medicine by innovating in the treatment of lung disease characteristics. Since the beginning of the faculty, clinical medical work has been mainly done in the outpatient and outpatient clinics, with experts led by Professor Li Tyulin.
