Infectious Disease Department

The Department of Infectious Diseases at China Friendship Hospital was established in the beginning of the institute, under the leadership of former department directors such as Director Xu Sub, Director Maanlin and Director Matsun, the department has developed into an integrated system that includes: Hepatology, Infection, Disease, Fever/Gastroenterology, Infection, Liver Clinic. The China Friendship Hospital is a national major infectious disease prevention base, the Department of Infectious Diseases is the National Clinical Priority Specialties Construction Project, the Department of Infectious Diseases is ranked 12th in the 2023 Chinese Hospital Science and Technology (STEM) rankings, with the country's first-class infectious diseases and liver disease clinics. The team of doctors currently has 14 physicians, including 3 presidents, 2 deputy presidents, 7 primary care physicians, 2 hospital doctors; a nursing team of 31 people.The team of doctors consists of 10 doctors, 3 masters, 2 postgraduate students.In the field of hepatic disease, the team is committed to creating individualized treatment programs for each patient with liver disease.
